1. Evaluation service
PulseDeck is a pre-revenue marketing intelligence product provided for evaluation. Demo data, mock AI output, and unconfigured third-party services may be present and are labeled in the interface. Commercial service levels are not offered by this reference deployment.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer for abuse, upload unlawful data, interfere with other tenants, or attempt to access systems without authorization.
3. Analytics and recommendations
Decision Engine outputs and AI responses are informational. Budget tests are bounded from observed data but are not guarantees, professional advice, or automatic media-buying instructions. You remain responsible for marketing, financial, and compliance decisions.
4. Third-party services and billing
Stripe, Anthropic, marketing platforms, hosting, and database providers are independent services with separate terms. Paid billing is disabled until the operator supplies valid Stripe configuration. Any future refund, cancellation, tax, or support policy must be set by the acquiring operator before accepting payments.
5. Ownership and feedback
Users retain rights in data they lawfully submit. The operator retains rights in the product, interface, documentation, and brand except where transferred in an asset sale. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate the user.
6. Availability and liability
The evaluation service is provided as available, without uptime or performance guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and indirect or consequential damages. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
7. Changes and contact
The operator may change or discontinue the evaluation deployment. Questions should use the contact method attached to the marketplace listing or the operator details supplied after acquisition.
